Recoverit for lost files

My hard drive crashed. I used Recoverit. It found most of my old photos and documents. Buying it was simple. Download and install worked fine. The recovery process took a while but was successful. Saved a lot of important files.

Filmora worked, support was okay

I bought the Filmora annual plan because I needed an editor for some personal videos. The ordering process was straightforward on the website; I found the product page easily and the checkout was smooth. I got the confirmation email right away. The software itself downloaded and installed without any issues on my Mac. I used it to edit several vacation videos, and the features were pretty intuitive for someone who isn't a professional editor. The AI tools for background removal were surprisingly good, saving me a lot of time. I did have a small technical question about exporting in a specific format, so I contacted support. They responded within 24 hours, which was decent, but the first answer didn't quite solve my problem. I had to follow up, and then they gave a more helpful solution. Overall, the software quality is good and it's quite usable. Just wish the support was a bit quicker or more precise on the first try.

Got PDFelement, it's good

So I needed something to edit some PDFs for work, nothing too fancy, just adding text and signing stuff. I picked up PDFelement from Wondershare. The whole buying thing was pretty easy, just clicked around, paid, and downloaded it. It installed quick, no fuss. Been using it for a couple weeks now, and it does what it says. I like that it's not super complicated. Makes my life easier, honestly. No complaints here, it just works.

MobileTrans was mostly good

I needed to transfer data from my old Android to a new iPhone, so I got MobileTrans. The purchase itself was quick and I got the license key instantly. Download and installation were fine. The transfer process worked for most of my contacts and messages, which was a relief. However, some of my app data didn't come over correctly, which was a bit annoying. It wasn't a deal-breaker, but I had to manually set up a few things. The software was easy to use, though, and got the main job done without too much hassle.
